This week my guest is Nancy Paradis, a professional Ballet Dancer that started dancing at the age of 6 and knew this would be her calling.
Nancy performed and choreographed in the commercial world including NBC Must See TV, Fox Fit TV, the Hollywood Bowl
and the MTV Movie Awards. She choreographed and performed as a Madonna impersonator in a month long China on a national tour and now is an artistic director of her company LA Dance Moves, a very unique dance, music, art and media company.
She worked in the fitness market as well and we talk about the healing power of dance, fitness and the appreciation of health, wellness and life!
